The gap we set out to close
Kenya’s buildings have become more ambitious. The way they are powered and watered too often has not.
Solar is still widely sold as hardware: a number of panels, a battery, a price. The result is systems that are undersized or oversized, installed without regard for the roof or the architecture, and left without care once the invoice is paid.
PremiSolar works the other way. We start with the building and the people in it, engineer the system on paper, build it with our own crews and look after it for its working life. We bring the same discipline to steel water towers, because water storage is just as fundamental, and just as often an afterthought.

Engineering before equipment
We design the system the building needs, then specify the equipment to deliver it. Never the other way round.
Honest advice
If efficiency, a smaller system or no system is the right answer, that is what we recommend.
Architecture matters
Arrays, plant rooms and towers are part of how a place looks and works. We treat them that way.
Safety without shortcuts
Work at height, lifting and electrical work are planned and supervised. Every time.

Sun and steel belong together.
A solar pump fills a tower by day; the tower delivers water by gravity at any hour. A carport is a steel structure and a power station. Designing both under one roof means the systems are planned together, not stitched together.
